Sugar Soul was founded in 2016 by Toi Alexander-Umana. After being diagnosed with Lupus in 2011, she left the corporate world to focus on her love of food, baking and all things sugary and soulful. As the oldest sibling of four she knows how to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. A dedication to yoga and mindfulness has helped Toi perfect her baking skills and bring life into the kitchen.
